Date: Friday-Monday, August 8-11, 2025
Where: Selah Evangelical Christian Campsite, 3539 Cessford Rd, Courtenay, BC Directions below
Cost: $75 for the weekend per family, includes camping fee and includes a BBQ Burger Dinner Saturday night.

The weekend will be a time to hang out together, have some fun, and worship together. There will be a loose schedule of activities (see below) that you can join in on or skip out on at your leisure. There will be devotional times together, and we will worship together on Sunday morning and share in the Lord's Supper.
About: Selah is a large group campsite and is booked to only one group at a time; the minimum amount of group size is 8 families (or camp groups) per church. The maximum is no more than 200 campers, or roughly about 25 RV's/tents/family groups. There is no electricity, and NO pets are allowed. Generators are prohibited unless they are the smallest and quietest type (ie. Honda 1000 or 2000).

DIRECTIONS:
Head North on the Island Highway (19) towards Courtenay Turn right at Piercy Rd. lights
Turn right onto Greaves Cres. (it's the second road to the right off of Piercy)
Follow Greaves to the very end, the road will have a sharp left turn onto Cessford - DO NOT TURN
LEFT- go straight ahead onto the dirt road, there is a wooden sign that says 'SELAH'. (see pic
below)
Follow the dirt road slowly through the farm; there are small signs that point the way to Selah.

To Do:
- There is a large grass field in the middle of the campsites, great for playing games of all kinds.
- Puntledge River Tubing - for experienced swimmers only, bring your own tube.
- Riverfront wading/swim area - no lifeguards, great for baptisms!
- Sand volleyball court
- Ga-Ga Ball court - a form of dodgeball that combines dodging, striking, running, and jumping, with the objective of being the last person standing.
- Hiking/walking trails, biking allowed on the roads and trails
- Rope swings & Swing sets
- Covered area with fireplace (according to regional fire regulations)
- Group outdoor firepit
- Outhouses and running water
- 2 Group-use BBQ's
- Group-use hot water washup sink
