Matthew Koleba - Lead Pastor
Matt joined the Arrowsmith team in October 2022. Before that he pastored in churches in Fernie and Terrace. He's a true BC boy - he loves the mountains, the lakes, the rivers and especially the fish. The emphasis of Matt's spiritual journey has always been on experiencing God. He wants to experience Jesus and to experience Jesus alongside others.
Matt punted vastly beyond his coverage when he convinced his wife Meghan to marry him. They have two children - Judah and Mary.
If he gets the chance, Matt will take that chance to fish wherever there are fish, to mountain bike wherever there are mountains, and to eat chips. Of the three, he succeeds most often with the chips.

Tanya Rust - Church Administrator
Tanya serves as a ministry partner with a deep commitment to facilitating communication, building connections, and strengthening the life of our church. Guided by the Lead Pastor, she helps support our church's vision to build bridges in our community, ensuring that ministries, events, and programs run smoothly and with purpose. With a heart for people and a gift for organization, her dedication fosters a culture of unity and service that reflects our mission and draws our community closer together.
Tanya enjoys reading, hiking, crafting/crocheting, watching sports, and working with her brothers and sisters in Christ to the glory of God.

Melissa Neufeld - Student Ministries Coordinator
Melissa started in her official role as Student Ministries Coordinator in September 2023.
She helps coordinate Jr. Youth (grades 3-7). She also co-leads Youth Bible Study and Youth Group on Friday Nights for Youth (grades 8-12), along with an amazing team of volunteers. Melissa helps to plan and coordinate Soccer Camp and other kids activities. She has a heart for young people and helping to raise the next generation to love and serve the LORD.
Melissa, her husband Jonathan and their 6 kids (whom they homeschool) joined the Arrowsmith Family in 2020. In her "spare time" Melissa enjoys reading (and hosting a book club), camping, biking, hiking, swimming (at the lake), playing board games and video games... and doing all of the above with family and friends.
